Learning Session #3: Cultural Competency Training & Community Cultural Wealth

On Wednesday, May 25th 2022, the DEI Learning Collaborative held its third Learning Session via Zoom. Participants heard from Dr. Ira Murray, CEO of the United Way of the Capital Area in Jackson, Mississippi about how rural hospitals can be more culturally responsive by understanding the existing wealth of communities and the things that the community values.
