2025 Zero Harm Award Application Portal Open Now

This year’s Zero Harm awards portal opens Wednesday, August 13 at 10am and closes on Friday, September 12 at 5pm. The Zero Harm awards this year includes the Certified Zero Harm Leadership and Clinical Awards as well as 3 different Zero Harm Priority Awards: Workplace Violence, Suicide Prevention, and the brand-new Maternal Health category.

Awards will be distributed at the 3rd annual Better State of Health meeting on Tuesday, December 10 at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center (1101 Lincoln Street, Columbia, SC 29201). During this meeting, member hospitals will be recognized as part of a Zero Harm awards celebration. Hospital representatives will be invited to register for this meeting and more information will be provided to winning hospitals in Fall 2025.
